To reserve your Adventure Trip with Cordillera Blanca Hiking company, e-mail us at info@cordillerablancahiking.com to reserve space and for specific and detailed information’s on how to reserve your trip. Our adventure trips fill up 3 - 4 months in advance, so we suggest you  to reserve your trip in advance. 
The reservation payments must be made by cash in United States Dollars to our Bank Account in Huaraz – Peru to Sosi Alicia Guillen Milla. and should come accompanied by the following forms: 
trip reservation form, health data and liability form and travel insurance. 
Payment for air tickets for Domestic flights (specify).

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

RESERVATION INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS:

for to make reservation the travel company, Tour Operator or the passenger has to make deposit 50% of the total amountagreed + USD 20 for transfer wire and non-refundable 1 month before, this payment will available for making reservation the additional services; such as hotels, Transports, Domestic flights, and logistics. 
the balance must be paid once the passengers have arrived to Lima Peru to start their tour 
we don’t accept credit cards, travel checks or other payment systems. 
Euros should be acceptable at Dollars rate

IMPORTANT, if your tour includes INKA TRAIL to Machupicchu – Cusco, your tour has to be paid 4 months before strictly 100% the total amount we agreed.

CANCELLATION:

If the trip has to be cancelled 30 days before, the fine will be 60% of the amount of the reservation 
if the trip has to be cancelled 20 days before the fine will be 70% of the total amount of the reservation 
if the trip has to be cancelled 10 days before there will be no refund of the amount of the reservation

IMPORTANT, if your tour was included INKA TRAIL to Machupicchu and you want to cancel at any time; there is no any refundable of your reservation amount.

CHANGING RESERVATIONS:

1. If you want to change programs once we had agreed, the fine will be 10% of the total amount

INSURANCE:

All passengers included tour leaders and other internationals have to be checked holding their trip insurance documents strictly. 
Hospital facilities for serious problems are often unavailable and evacuation can be prolonged, difficult, and expensive. Mountain Explorers Adventures assumes only personal and basic medical care. Trip members will receive appropriate health information prior to departure and all travelers 55 years or older are required to have a medical evaluation completed by their physician. Once you have been confirmed on a trip, normal cancellation penalties apply if your doctor does not approve the medical evaluation.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRIP MEMBERS:
Adventure participants have certain responsibilities to Cordillera Blanca Hiking Adventures, and to other trip members. Each traveler is responsible for understanding the conditions implied in the trip Itinerary and selecting a trip (discussed with Cordillera Blanca Hiking) that is appropriate to their interests and abilities, and for preparing for the trip by studying the trip Itinerary and supplemental trip information sent by Once you have been confirmed on a trip, normal cancellation penalties apply if your doctor does not approve the medical evaluation.
